The Lead Financial Analyst will report directly to the Controller and will operate from our office in Centennial, CO. As a company founded on entrepreneurial principles, Amerita is a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica.

The home infusion sector is on the brink of significant growth, propelled by an aging population, a rise in chronic illnesses, a robust influx of infusible medications entering the market, and a transition from hospital-based care to more cost-effective, high-quality alternatives such as Amerita.

Role Responsibilities

As a Lead Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation and posting of financial journal entries.
  • Conducting thorough account analyses and reconciliations.
  • Completing bank reconciliations efficiently.
  • Analyzing revenue streams, cost of sales, and operating expense trends while preparing related accruals.
  • Performing inter-company balance reviews and reconciliations.
  • Managing fixed asset accounting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting policies.
  • Analyzing physical inventory discrepancies and generating reports for management review.
  • Preparing payroll entries and reconciling them with payroll reports and source data.
  • Generating profit and loss statements for various branches and following up as necessary.
  • Assisting with month-end closing processes, cash management activities, audit preparations, and merger and acquisition activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • CPA certification and experience in a public accounting firm are preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of substantial experience in an accounting role.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box are highly valued.

Salary Range

USD $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 / Year
