Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to enhance our financial operations. Qualifications:
  • CPA designation is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, modeling, and corporate finance principles.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
