As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinical teams, patients, and volunteers, contributing significantly to our mission. Volunteers will look to you for guidance and support, relying on your expertise to coordinate and manage the volunteer program effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the volunteer program meets the diverse needs of patients and families, respecting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Design and implement volunteer recruitment and training initiatives.
  • Participate in and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
