Position Overview:

We are seeking a Traveling Community Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations, administration, and personnel management of various manufactured home communities. This role requires a professional approach to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions, including the collection and deposit of rents and fees.
  • Recruit, train, and lead onsite personnel.
  • Conduct daily inspections of community grounds and homes to ensure cleanliness and safety; identify areas for improvement.
  • Assign tasks to maintenance staff using the Maintenance Work Order system.
  • Attract and retain residents to enhance occupancy rates.
  • Manage all leasing activities.
  • Process invoices promptly and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Keep detailed employee files and timesheets for accurate payroll and benefits management.
  • Organize and manage paperwork efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines while maintaining financial operations.
  • Address safety concerns proactively to maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into management software.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in property management.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with MRI software is a plus.
