Client Engagement Specialist

Position Overview

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape, streamline their operations, enhance patient experiences, and foster engagement among physicians, patients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the needs of various facilities and departments, crafting tailored solutions from established resources.
  • Strategically leverage knowledge of client objectives, culture, and market dynamics to deliver customized product solutions.
  • Contribute to and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy.
  • Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Facilitate client renewals that meet or exceed established quotas.
  • Prepare forecasts for renewals and products using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Provide training and support to clients and users through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Articulate the company’s vision and offerings in diverse business settings.
  • Perform all duties in alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in education and training, with a preference for those who have developed training programs.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to listen, assess needs, and implement effective solutions.
  • Positive demeanor, especially in challenging situations.
  • Performance-driven with a strong focus on achieving results independently.
  • Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data for reporting and trend identification.
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on service excellence and timely follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Willingness to travel as needed.
