As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Act as a key representative, engaging directly with the public
  • Promote awareness of our clients' missions
  • Establish meaningful relationships with potential customers
  • Provide on-site assistance
  • Guide individuals on how to participate in our initiatives
  • Achieve or surpass established objectives
  • Serve as an enthusiastic and informed representative of the organization
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout events
  • Receive comprehensive training

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to connect with a diverse audience
  • Comfort with public speaking and engaging with new individuals
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Strong commitment to work
  • Professionalism in unsupervised settings

Requirements:

  • Driver's license (Preferred)
  • Customer service experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual skills (Preferred)
  • Ability to commute to the office (Required)

Compensation Range: $42,000 - $54,000

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
