Position: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: On-site

WHIZZ is a premier provider of cutting-edge transportation solutions for delivery personnel. We are currently in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Team Leader to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring efficient front desk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk personnel to guarantee that all guests receive a warm and professional welcome.
  • Greet and Assist Visitors: Personally welcome visitors while ensuring the team upholds exceptional hospitality standards.
  • Manage Incoming Calls: Handle and direct phone inquiries with professionalism, training front desk staff on effective communication practices.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk environment is organized, tidy, and well-maintained, supervising staff to uphold these standards.
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and accurate information to customers, guiding the front desk team in managing inquiries efficiently.
  • Oversee Mail and Deliveries: Supervise the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate Appointments: Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings, delegating tasks to front desk staff as necessary.
  • Support Interdepartmental Functions: Offer administrative assistance to various departments and oversee task allocation for timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist capacity
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a courteous approach
  • Availability for full-time on-site work
