Key Responsibilities

As a Civil EIT, your contributions will include:
  • Supporting engineers and project managers in various engineering tasks, including grading development, utility design, and quantity calculations to aid in the preparation of studies, designs, engineering recommendations, improvement plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with AutoCAD production, Civil 3D design, and the creation of improvement plans.
  • Helping in the development of quantities using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and manual calculations.
  • Participating in site visits and field meetings as required.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey work in reports, presentations, technical memos, and emails.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills to work independently, under the guidance of senior engineers, and collaboratively within a team.
  • Following instructions, asking questions, and resolving challenges through teamwork and dialogue.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineer in Training Certification; candidates without this certification will hold the title of Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
