Key Responsibilities

The Civil Design Section is experiencing growth and is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to enhance our capacity for upcoming projects. In this role, you will support the civil design team in various capacities, including project management, serving as a senior technical advisor, and leading engineering deliverables such as plans, specifications, reports, cost estimates, and supporting calculations.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing multidisciplinary civil projects.
  • Mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of contract documents.
  • Overseeing the development of plan drawings, technical specifications, design documentation reports, bid quantities, and construction cost estimates.
  • Reviewing plan drawings and coordinating with AutoCAD drafters and Civil 3D designers.
  • Conducting site visits to verify field conditions.
  • Executing engineering tasks that require innovative thinking and creativity to address unique challenges.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Professional registration or licensure.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design preparation.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
