Key Responsibilities

As a Civil EIT, your contributions will include:
  • Supporting engineers and project managers with engineering tasks, including grading development, utility design, and quantity calculations to assist in the preparation of studies, designs, engineering recommendations, specifications, cost estimates, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting in the production of AutoCAD drawings, Civil 3D designs, and improvement plans.
  • Utilizing AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and manual calculations to support quantity development.
  • Participating in site visits and field meetings as required.
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate work clearly in reports, presentations, technical memos, and emails.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, working independently with guidance from senior engineers, and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Following instructions, asking questions, and addressing challenges through teamwork and dialogue.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification; candidates without EIT Certification will hold the title of Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
