About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team at HireRight. As a key member of our Public Works Division, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with clients and public agencies to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Prepare and manage project contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in public works engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role
  • California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer is desired
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
