**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a Civil Engineer on our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of infrastructure projects, including roadways, water, wastewater, hydrology, hydraulics, site development design, and grading.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction managers, to develop and implement project plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project success.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our team is at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, roadways, water, wastewater, hydrology, hydraulics, site development design, and/or grading.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • EIT or PE license is preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of water and storm water modeling software.
  • Construction management and/or inspection experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and management.
