About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of project life cycles, from initial planning to implementation and completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure project goals align with our company's objectives and stakeholders' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Project Management: Manage projects and communication within our company, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Budget Management: Plan and monitor monthly budget to ensure we stay within site budget restrictions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete a wide variety of office and administrative duties as required by daily operations.
  • Communication: Provide effective correspondence with staff as dictated by supervisor.
  • Purchasing: Purchase supplies, equipment, and services as needed and prepare purchase requisitions within our software.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise Office Operations Assistant and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Training and Safety: Attend and help lead all required training sessions and follow/monitor all safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

  • Project Management: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
