Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Sales Representative to become a vital part of our medical practice.

Role Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Sales Representative will be tasked with fostering and nurturing patient relationships throughout their treatment journey. This includes providing a comprehensive financial overview of the proposed Care Plan and assisting patients in coordinating their appointments for optimal care.

This role also involves the acquisition of long-term, quality patients for the clinic through effective lead conversion strategies. The representative will focus on understanding patient needs and preferences, helping them navigate challenges, and guiding them towards decisions that enhance their well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build trust and confidence with patients, facilitating their navigation through the Care Plan while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.

- Generate and present financial estimates and long-term scheduling based on provider directives.
- Ensure the completion of all necessary patient documentation.
- Continuously educate patients about the importance of their care plan and their progress.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or management.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday with early office closure on Fridays.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage of $23 - $26 plus commission.
- Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and performance-based bonuses.
