Your primary objective will be to present our services, generate leads, and foster strong client relationships through effective communication and persuasive strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using provided lists or databases.
  • Present company services and inform potential clients about their advantages.
  • Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing initiatives or events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, appointments scheduled, and revenue generated.
  • Record all interactions and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Results-oriented with a history of achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.
