Position: Medical Sales / Patient Care Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Sales / Patient Care Representative to enhance our healthcare practice. This full-time role is essential for fostering and nurturing patient relationships throughout their treatment journey. The representative will provide comprehensive financial insights regarding the overall Care Plan and assist patients in scheduling their appointments for recommended treatments.
This role also emphasizes the importance of attracting and retaining high-quality patients through effective lead conversion strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of patient needs and concerns, guiding them through their challenges while encouraging them to pursue options that enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish emotional connections with patients to grasp their objectives and desired outcomes.
- Conduct initial consultations with new patients to gather medical histories and motivating factors for seeking assistance.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient motivations and functional goals.
- Create and present financial estimates and long-term scheduling based on provider recommendations.
- Ensure the completion of all necessary patient documentation.
- Continuously educate patients about the importance of their care plan and monitor their progress.
- Address all patient needs to ensure comprehensive care aligned with their preferences.
- Conduct follow-up calls to patients.
- Encourage patient feedback and gather testimonials throughout the care process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or management.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $23 - $26, plus commission.
