Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our current clientele while aiding in the expansion of our customer network.
- Oversee customer interactions, manage product deliveries, and perform data entry duties.
- Assist sales managers with various responsibilities, including following up with customers, preparing agreements, and generating sales leads.
- Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and trade exhibitions to showcase our products.
Essential Skills, Experience & Personality Traits:
- Background in sales coordination, technical assistance, or related positions.
- Proficient in MS Excel and willing to travel for client engagements.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Experience within the dairy sector or animal agriculture.
- Educational background in Animal Sciences or a related discipline.
- Fluency in Spanish.
Compensation Package:
Offering a competitive base salary of $75,000 with additional commission opportunities. This role allows for remote work with necessary travel to client locations. Benefits include health insurance, a 401k plan, an auto allowance, and a technology stipend.
