Job Overview

Position: Medical Sales / Patient Care Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Medical Sales / Patient Care Representative to contribute to our healthcare practice. This full-time role involves establishing and nurturing patient relationships throughout their treatment journey, providing a comprehensive financial overview of the Care Plan, and assisting patients in coordinating their appointments for recommended care.

The representative will focus on attracting and retaining long-term, quality patients by implementing effective lead conversion strategies. Understanding patient needs and challenges is crucial, as is fostering trust and confidence to guide them through their Care Plan. Collaboration within a team-oriented environment is essential, and prior sales or management experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations to assess medical history and motivating factors for seeking assistance.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss patient motivations and functional goals.
  • Create and present financial estimates and long-term scheduling based on provider recommendations.
  • Ensure all patient documentation is completed accurately.
  • Continuously educate patients about their care plan and its importance.
  • Address all patient needs to ensure consistent and satisfactory care.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients.
  • Encourage feedback and gather testimonials throughout the care process.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or management.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, concluding early on Fridays.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage ranging from $23 to $26, plus commission.
