Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) solution in the US market. As a key member of our ASRS team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Account Management
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client relationships
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Data Analysis, Solutioning, and Product teams, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or a tech-related industry
- Experience
- At least 5-7 years of sales leadership experience in a management position, such as Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
- Experience in new customer acquisition from enterprises and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in sales of industrial equipment/systems
- Skills
- Strong market research and strategic analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid track record in managing pipelines and closing deals with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced technical degree or MBA from a top international school
- Prior experience in ICT and/or robotics
