New Home Sales Specialist Opportunity

As a New Home Sales Consultant at Lennar, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering long-term relationships, and driving sales success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring seamless execution and meeting or exceeding company business plans.

  • Sell new homes to customers while building strong relationships through personalized service and comprehensive knowledge of our products, community features, and local demographics.
  • Proactively generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and prospecting activities to expand our reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the competitive market, including product offerings, community amenities, and neighborhood trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers throughout their home-buying journey, maintaining accurate communication records and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to stay informed about company strategies and contribute to successful event execution.
  • Maintain Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes to ensure they remain attractive, well-staged, and showcase our quality craftsmanship.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills, stay up-to-date on industry best practices, and participate in community events and phone banks to build relationships and foster brand awareness.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a New Home Sales Consultant at Lennar, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and customer meetups.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales tracking tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits, such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and education assistance programs.
