New Home Sales Consultant

We are a leading homebuilder dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our homeowners, communities, and associates by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service.
As a New Home Consultant at Lennar, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.
Your primary goal is to create a "tickled, delighted, and happy" customer. To achieve this, you will engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our selling philosophy. You will also self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their home buying needs.
- Sell properties to potential buyers.
- Self-generate sales leads through community outreach and realtor partnerships.
- Maintain accurate communication records with customers.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree and real estate license are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- You should have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use sales tracking tools are essential.
- You should be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
