About the Role

The New Home Sales Professional at Lennar Homes plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying process. As the first point of contact for many customers, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

Responsibilities include managing the sales process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable experience. This involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, presenting homes and communities in a compelling manner, and providing regular updates throughout the purchasing process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license is also required, as frequent visits to model homes and other locations are necessary.
