The New Home Consultant at Lennar plays a vital role in managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers. This includes daily operations at Welcome Home Centers, processing sale agreements, and closing sales in line with company business plans.
Your Responsibilities- Engage with visitors to understand their home buying needs and utilize our selling philosophy to provide solutions.
- Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
- Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
- Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
- Maintain the Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.
- Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Regular attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. This position involves active duties, including office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions. A valid state driver's license is required for self-generated sales activities. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating computer equipment. The ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds is also required.
