We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at The Audio Zoo, Inc. As an Audio Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with selecting the right car audio equipment and professionally installing systems to ensure peak performance.

This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales experience, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for guiding customers through product options, performing installations, troubleshooting issues, and providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain timeliness and efficiency in all tasks
  • Greet and engage customers in a professional manner
  • Provide expert advice on car audio equipment and installations
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarize yourself with proper vehicle pre and post-inspection procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
