Our sales team members play a critical role in helping our customers find their dream home. As a Home Sales Representative at Lennar Homes, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, aiming to create a 'tickled, delighted and happy' customer.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing our company's selling philosophy.
  • Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
  • Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
  • Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. This figure includes base pay, commissions, and other benefits.
