Tri-Pac, Inc. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager/ Customer Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our growing team. As a leader in contract development and manufacturing, focusing on liquid and aerosol filling for the personal care and pharmaceutical industries, Tri-Pac, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requirements.
  • Produce Open Order Reports and hold regular meetings with clients to resolve any pending issues.
  • Oversee the reordering process for customers.
  • Ensure timely responses to client questions within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Assist the R&D Lead with requests related to New Product Development.
  • Maintain critical data within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate the approval of artwork with clients and suppliers.
  • Verify the accuracy of production details provided by clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments as needed.
  • Engage in both internal and external meetings as required.
  • Provide regular updates to the R&D Lead on project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in Production and Laboratory settings.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for the Tri-Pac work culture.
  • Generate Customer-Supplied Inventory Reports.
  • Accurately process customer Purchase Orders.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent computer proficiency and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive work ethic, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing client needs.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential.
