About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at Joints In Motion Medical LLC. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery, return, fitting, and reprocessing of DME rehabilitation equipment to patients in the South Bend, IN area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and set up DME equipment in patients' homes, ensuring proper installation and use
  • Collect and process documentation and payment for equipment, following company procedures and policies
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, educating patients on the benefits and proper use of DME equipment
  • Collaborate with patients to complete and submit necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely filing and collections
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-graduate degree in Exercise Science, Personal Training, Kinesiology, or PT Assistant preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and drive a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
