Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager with a robust background in managing organizational transitions. This role is pivotal in supporting initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a crucial contributor to initiatives that influence strategic outcomes, fostering strong partnerships with executive sponsors, program teams, and functional collaborators to ensure effective organizational change.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams to promote cross-functional alignment.
  • Evaluate the scope of changes and advise on the necessary engagement levels to minimize disruptions and enhance adoption.
  • Oversee all aspects of change management, including identifying and engaging end users, assessing change impacts, preparing communications, developing training, managing resistance, and ensuring reinforcement.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements by integrating feedback and lessons learned into Change and Program Management practices.
  • Collaborate with BCM resources and the Field Readiness and Enablement team to implement strategies for the Net Dollar Retention Program.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in organizational change management, encompassing people, processes, and technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management principles with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; certification is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication abilities tailored for diverse audiences, proficient in various formats including presentations, newsletters, and visual content.
  • High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
  • Capability to inspire and influence stakeholders towards a unified vision without direct authority.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness, demonstrating resilience in uncertain environments.
  • Effective collaboration skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing metrics and analytics for decision-making.
  • Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills for visual storytelling; familiarity with design software is preferred.
  • Experience with Field technology is a plus.
