Organizational Change Specialist

Note: Only locals in California (Onsite - Hybrid role 2 days in a week)
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various initiatives that align with strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure effective organizational change management for programs.
- Collaborating with business and IT teams to foster cross-functional cooperation and alignment.
- Evaluating the scale of changes and advising on the necessary level of engagement to effectively minimize disruptions and enhance adoption.
- Managing all aspects of change, including identifying and engaging end users, assessing change impacts and readiness, facilitating communications at all levels, conducting training assessments, addressing resistance, and ensuring reinforcement.
- Driving ongoing improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools.
- Partnering with another BCM resource, the Field Readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to implement the Net Dollar Retention Program.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Hands-on experience in organizational change management, encompassing people, processes, and technology implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management principles and their application, with at least 5 years of relevant experience; certification is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills tailored for diverse audiences, both written and verbal, utilizing various formats such as presentations, newsletters, videos, and infographics.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Capability to inspire and influence others towards a shared vision or goal without direct authority.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness, showing resilience in uncertain situations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
- Technical proficiency with metrics and analytics.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with relevant software is desirable.
- Familiarity with Field technology is preferred.
