About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Organization's leadership team. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically partner with the CMO and other senior leaders to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.
  • Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people issues, and remove barriers impeding business success.
  • Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires.
  • Ensure the implementation of optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale.
  • Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe's values of innovation, collaboration, and customer obsession.
  • Deliver, in partnership with our Centers of Excellence, HR cyclical programs to the business, as well as lead unique HR initiatives and projects with global impact to the HR organization as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR or relevant leadership experience.
  • Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team.
  • BA or BS degree in a related field.
  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment.
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple high-impact priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, and skilled in use of Microsoft Office.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $166,200 -- $351,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
