Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process and Change Management Specialist to join our team at Cypress HCM. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and Go-to-Market partners, to design and implement process improvements and change management strategies.
  • Coach and mentor functional change agents and managers to execute project-specific change strategies, change management, and training plans.
  • Develop and deliver product and process-specific training related to our Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
  • Communicate changes, process updates, and system changes to global operational and approval teams that impact deals they support.
  • Lead and perform business user acceptance testing from pre-planning through to execution and launch.
  • Participate in projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations and advocate for continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; and/or industry-specific experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate challenges and inform decisions to relevant collaborators.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

Compensation:

  • Up to $54.93 per hour.
