Role Overview:
- As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting initiatives that align with strategic objectives within Customer Technology Services.
- Your collaboration with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts will be crucial in defining and implementing comprehensive change strategies that facilitate acquisition integrations and other strategic initiatives, aiming to reduce disruption and enhance user adoption across both business and technical domains.
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management principles and practices, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; certification in this field is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication abilities tailored for diverse audiences, encompassing both written and verbal formats, including but not limited to presentations, newsletters, and visual content.
- Strong emotional intelligence with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Capability to inspire and influence stakeholders towards a unified vision or objective without direct authority.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness, showcasing resilience in uncertain circumstances.
- Proficient in effective collaboration across various organizational functions and levels.
- Technical acumen with a demonstrated ability to utilize metrics and analytics.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills to enhance visual storytelling; familiarity with Customer suite is preferred.
- Experience in M&A processes is highly desirable.
