Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager with a robust background in organizational transformation. This role is pivotal in supporting initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital contributor to initiatives that influence strategic goals, fostering and enhancing relationships with executive sponsors, program teams, and functional partners to ensure effective organizational change.
  • Collaborate with both business and IT teams to promote cross-functional cooperation and alignment.
  • Evaluate the scope of changes and propose suitable engagement strategies to minimize disruptions and enhance adoption.
  • Oversee all aspects of change management, including user identification, engagement strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, training evaluations, and addressing resistance.
  • Promote continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management methodologies.
  • Work in partnership with other resources and teams to implement strategies for the Net Dollar Retention Program.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in organizational change management, focusing on people, processes, and technology implementations.
  • Proven knowledge of change management principles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences through various formats.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Proficient in motivating and influencing stakeholders towards a shared vision without direct authority.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with resilience in uncertain environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and organizational levels.
  • Technical proficiency in utilizing metrics and analytics for decision-making.
  • Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills for effective visual communication.
  • Familiarity with Field technology is preferred.
