Position Overview

Lead Change Management Initiatives

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for steering the Change Management strategy aimed at enhancing customer excellence. Your role will encompass:

  • Designing and Implementing Training Programs: Develop and roll out comprehensive training initiatives to support organizational change.
  • Communication and Training Support: Facilitate all related communication efforts to ensure clarity and understanding across teams.
  • Impact and Change Assessment: Collect and synthesize data to evaluate the effects of changes on various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful impact assessment completion and approval.
  • Facilitation of Training Sessions: Lead workshops and readouts to discuss impacts and secure necessary approvals.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, communicating them effectively to PMO leads.
  • Consultation and Partnership: Collaborate with Track leads, Service owners, and business transformation leads to provide valuable insights.
  • Education on Performance Measures: Inform service owners and cross-functional teams about performance metrics and expectations within the operational framework.
  • Experience in Large-Scale Change: Demonstrate expertise in facilitating significant organizational and process transformations.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Supply Chain Experience: Bring at least 5 years of experience in the supply chain sector.
  • Program Management Experience: Possess 7-10 years of experience in effectively managing programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Influence and Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide others towards a shared vision.
  • Detail-Oriented Self-Starter: Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
