Software Engineer Internship Opportunity

ASML is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer Intern to join our team. As a Software Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for developing software that enables the ever-increasing miniaturization of semiconductor technology.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a team of highly skilled software engineers to develop software using Agile methodology and programming languages such as C and/or C++.
- Create architecture and designs that are modular, scalable, robust, and meet customer requirements.
- Perform unit testing and on-target testing to ensure the software meets high quality standards.
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities to ensure the processes and tools used throughout the software development lifecycle are increasing the team's ability to develop high-quality software in the most efficient manner.
- Working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in C and/or C++, Python, and working on the Linux and/or Solaris platforms.
- Good understanding of statistics, software system design, and distributed architectures.
- Experience in embedded software development.
- Ability to think creatively, work independently, and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

Work EnvironmentThe Software Engineer Intern will be required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally, the intern may be required to move around the campus and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
