Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of over 20 professionals, including Architects, Project Leads, and Test Engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Project Managers to align on deliverables and timelines.
  • Ensure the technical integrity and quality of engineering tests and documentation.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sessions to provide mentorship and support career development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.
  • Identify and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Minimum experience required: 6 years with a Bachelor's, 4 years with a Master's, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • Proven experience in management or project leadership within a technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard software and tools is required.
