- Technical Skills: Recent hands-on development experience and knowledge on open-source stacks (Python, Java Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, JSON, Maven, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, Tomcat, AWS, Linux, etc.).
- Containerization: Proficient in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Large Language Models: Proven experience in applying large language models (LLM) to real-world projects and problem-solving scenarios.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
