Your Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will represent Insider to our clients, acting as the essential link between their requirements and our technological solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients in identifying their needs and determining which of our features and products align with their objectives.
  • Ensuring clients maximize the use of our technology to receive our premier service, monitoring and facilitating their adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborating with our technical teams to provide comprehensive support to clients as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining strategic account plans that highlight opportunities to enhance the value we deliver to our clients.
  • Offering continuous feedback to your team regarding market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deepen our client partnerships.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship to guarantee overall client satisfaction with our services and technology.
  • Developing strategies to help clients achieve their goals, prioritizing and resolving escalated issues.
  • Contributing innovative product ideas to assist our product and design teams in shaping our product roadmap.

What We Expect From You

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital marketing within a customer-focused role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly at the executive level.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a positive demeanor and exceptional listening abilities.
  • A self-motivated, tech-savvy mindset, always seeking innovative solutions to enhance client relationships.
  • A genuine care for our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach effectiveness.
  • The adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
