Your Role

As a vital member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met through our technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding client requirements and aligning them with our product offerings.
  • Facilitating optimal use of our technology to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Collaborating with our technical teams to provide comprehensive support.
  • Creating and managing key account strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Offering valuable insights on market trends and client needs to enhance our partnerships.
  • Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships to ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Developing strategies to assist clients in achieving their objectives while addressing any escalated issues.
  • Contributing to product development by sharing innovative ideas based on client feedback.

What We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with executive-level clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective listening abilities.
  • A proactive, tech-savvy mindset with a passion for finding solutions.
