Position Overview:

The Senior HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in facilitating people-related initiatives across designated teams and departments. This includes a wide range of responsibilities such as recruitment, employee development, workplace culture enhancement, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies. This position acts as a trusted advisor and advocate for management on human resource matters. The ideal candidate will proactively assess and address HR needs, ensuring effective communication within the HR team and with business leaders. The role is integral in building partnerships across the HR function to provide valuable services that align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture Advocate and Employee Experience Leader: Acts as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns, gathering feedback from various channels (e.g., employee surveys, performance reviews) to inform strategies aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  • Talent Development Partner: Collaborates with leadership to conduct talent assessments and develop training programs. Identifies training needs and sources appropriate development opportunities, leveraging both internal and external resources.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist: Works closely with the Site HR Director to provide guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and conflict resolution. Conducts investigations and manages sensitive situations with impartiality, balancing the interests of employees and the organization.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Support: Assists managers with workforce planning and job descriptions, ensuring effective recruitment processes. Coordinates candidate interviews and manages scheduling to facilitate a smooth hiring experience.
  • Rewards and Recognition Strategist: Partners with management on talent reviews and supports processes related to merit increases and promotions, ensuring accurate updates in HR systems.
  • Project Support Resource: Engages in special projects within the HR team, offering assistance and administrative support as needed.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR or related fields.

  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is advantageous.
