Position Overview:

Role Summary:

The National Account Manager - Supply Chain will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing both existing and prospective National Accounts within a specified Vertical Market and/or region (North America). This position is pivotal in driving new sales initiatives with current clients, ensuring the company's continued success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Attain targeted sales increases for National Accounts, ensuring alignment with the strategic business objectives.
  • Client Relations: Deepen account engagement with both new and existing clients through proactive communication.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of quality and timely service to ensure maximum client retention.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for servicing the needs of assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop a robust business plan to achieve sustainable sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Provide up-to-date market insights and recommend marketing strategies to the Sales Director.
  • Promotional Initiatives: Execute promotional strategies tailored for National Account clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, with a solid understanding of high-level business operations.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial sales, including three (3) years focused on major accounts within the Service Industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with electronic security systems, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, and electronic article surveillance (EAS).
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and opportunities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
