To excel in this role, you will need:
Required:
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Some administrative or program experience (typically 6 months to 1 year), or several related internships for recent graduates.
Demonstrated proficiency in:
Advising and assisting clients and stakeholders (or similar customer service-related communications)
Demonstrated working proficiency in:
Upholding sound business ethics and consistently promoting values and principles in all professional interactions.
Knowledge and application of effective communication techniques and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups.
Understanding and adherence to operational policies and procedures as part of the decision-making process.
Desired:
Some experience in a supervisory capacity
Basic familiarity with client applications and materials necessary for decision-making.
Working knowledge of institutional policies and procedures in a higher education context.
