Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiting Coordinator to provide hiring support to our manufacturing facilities in the Savannah area. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for various positions, including production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and professional roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Screen, select, and submit candidates to hiring managers for review and interview
  • Attend video and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
  • Promote our company brand as an employer of choice within the community
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and create tailored recruitment plans
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a robust pipeline of skilled candidates
  • Evaluate and recommend new recruitment tools and strategies to improve hiring efficiency
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
  • Utilize various resources and methods to recruit talent for a range of positions, including social media, online databases, and job fairs
  • Partner with approved recruiting agency partners for hard-to-fill roles or during periods of high hiring demand
  • Extend offers of employment to candidates within established hiring protocols and conduct necessary follow-up
  • Coordinate new hire processes from job offer to the team member's first day of orientation, including offer letters, drug tests, background checks, and orientation schedules
  • Assist with temp-to-hire processes for production staffing needs
  • Recommend and execute hiring process adjustments to increase efficiency and provide a positive hiring experience for all parties involved
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in interviewing and recruiting
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Working Conditions
  • Office setting with occasional walking within and between buildings
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with occasional weekend work for recruitment events
  • Some overtime may be necessary
