Position Summary:
Pawn USA Gold & Jewelry Exchange has been a leader in online sales for over 15 years. As we expand our e-commerce initiatives, we are looking for a meticulous eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others, or have a strong background in e-commerce management for independent businesses. A solid understanding of online marketing strategies and a high level of organization are essential for this role.

The eCommerce Operations Manager will be tasked with ensuring account health and customer satisfaction while supporting product listing initiatives. A results-driven mindset and proven experience in enhancing eCommerce performance across various platforms are crucial for success in this position.

We seek a proactive individual who is tech-savvy and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, thus earning additional commissions and bonuses.

This position requires a commitment to a standard work week of 40 hours, spread over five days. It is essential to have reliable transportation and be present at the workplace, as this is not a remote position.

Pawn USA has been a thriving local business for over 33 years, offering a diverse and constantly changing inventory. Our product range includes authentic designer handbags, collectible sneakers, electronics, tools, and a vast selection of jewelry, providing endless opportunities for online listings and sales.

Compensation:
The salary for this management role is set at $1200 per week, accompanied by a generous commission structure based on net sales. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance after a specified period, along with a 401(k) plan and accrued paid time off. Our workplace fosters a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with incentives and bonuses tied to performance. We pay our employees weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage product listings, including content, images, pricing, and marketing campaigns across various platforms, primarily eBay and our proprietary website.
  • Establish business rules for different sales channels.
  • Write listing descriptions and content that comply with marketplace standards.
  • Oversee the management of multiple marketplaces effectively.
  • Control inventory and manage pricing strategies.
  • Conduct quality checks and enhancements on listings.
  • Accurately catalog and categorize products.
  • Optimize product detail pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and manage replenishment.
  • Report performance metrics to upper management.
  • Provide insights on customer shopping behaviors to inform product assortment decisions.
  • Maintain account health and customer feedback to achieve high seller ratings.
  • Supervise a small team of employees dedicated to daily eBay listings.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the local area, as this is not a remote position.
  • 1-2 years of experience selling on eBay or hands-on eCommerce experience with multi-channel integrator software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with retail eCommerce platforms is a plus.
