    • Safety & Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling & Staffing: Develop and implement scheduling and staffing strategies to meet business needs.
    • Proper Cash Handling: Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
    • Team Building: Develop and implement team-building strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
    • To Go Service & Catering: Develop and implement strategies to drive to-go service and catering sales.
    • Local Store/Grassroots Marketing: Develop and implement local store and grassroots marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED: Required.
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience: Required.
  • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training: Required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older: Required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel: Required.
  • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry: Required.
  • Strong organization and planning skills: Required.
  • Strong operational skills in a customer-service & hospitality environment: Required.
  • Strong coaching skills: Required.
  • Intermediate mathematical computations skills: Required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing: Required.
