- Proper Cash Handling: Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Team Building: Develop and implement team-building strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
- To Go Service & Catering: Develop and implement strategies to drive to-go service and catering sales.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED: Required.
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience: Required.
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training: Required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older: Required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel: Required.
- General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry: Required.
- Strong organization and planning skills: Required.
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service & hospitality environment: Required.
