    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

    • Ensure that our restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting all health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required
