Channel and Alliance Executive - BlueVoyant

Location: Remote

BlueVoyant is in search of a seasoned relationship-driven Channel Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic business partnerships, particularly focusing on SHI and Microsoft. This role is pivotal in expanding our channel presence across our Managed Security Service Offerings, Digital Risk Protection, and Supply Chain Defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and nurture relationships within SHI, engaging key stakeholders and field sales teams to drive mutual revenue growth and attract new clientele. Collaborate with SHI Microsoft teams to strengthen the security co-sell narrative and market approach.
  2. Execute collaborative lead generation strategies with channel partners throughout the United States.
  3. Support all US channel partners by facilitating partnership programs and assisting local sales teams.
  4. Enhance our security co-sell messaging to SHI sales representatives, developing joint go-to-market initiatives and connecting with our direct sales teams.
  5. Recruit, onboard, and empower SHI sales and technical teams to stimulate revenue growth across targeted BlueVoyant solution offerings.
  6. Utilize existing relationships to formulate and implement new go-to-market strategies.
  7. Create measurable business plans to outline partnership objectives and conduct quarterly business reviews with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure pipeline and sales success.
  8. Foster relationships with Microsoft SMC and Enterprise Sales teams to amplify the security co-sell message.
  9. Collaborate closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and both field and inside sales teams to develop joint selling and demand generation initiatives.
  10. Work in tandem with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources such as collateral, presentations, events, emails, and webinars to support collaborative efforts with SHI.
  11. Prepare and deliver regular updates on partnership status and sales performance to executive leaders and program stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  1. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  2. Demonstrated success in sales, partnership expansion, and relationship management.
  3. A strong interest or background in cybersecurity is essential.
  4. Familiarity with M365 is advantageous.
  5. A passion for achieving results.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
  7. Strong collaborative skills across various teams within the organization.
  8. Ability to articulate ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.
  9. Exhibit ownership of tasks while escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Comprehensive understanding of SHI's business and sales processes.
  2. Valuable insight into Microsoft’s sales processes and security offerings.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Cybersecurity Sales.
  4. Experience in enabling and expanding SHI sales teams to effectively communicate and position the value of our solutions, enhancing pipeline and sales.
  5. Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, Third-Party Risk (Supply Chain Defense), and Threat Intelligence solutions is a plus.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and the M365 suite of security solutions is beneficial.
  7. A solid background in security technologies and managed security services.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with BlueVoyant's product, marketing, and sales teams.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  10. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  11. Excellent presentation and communication skills to support partnership and internal business objectives.
