Overview:
BlueVoyant is on the lookout for a seasoned relationship-driven Channel Sales Lead to enhance our dynamic business connections with channel partners, specifically targeting Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware, along with Microsoft. This role is pivotal in expanding our channel across Managed Security Service Offerings, Digital Risk Protection, and Supply Chain Defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders and field sales teams in Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware to drive joint revenue and attract new clientele.
  2. Execute collaborative lead generation strategies with channel partners throughout Mexico.
  3. Support all channel partners in Mexico to facilitate partnership programs and assist local sales teams.
  4. Enhance our security co-sell messaging to sellers from Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware, developing joint go-to-market strategies and linking our direct sales teams.
  5. Recruit, onboard, and empower sales and technical teams from Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware to stimulate revenue growth across BlueVoyant's targeted solution offerings.
  6. Utilize existing relationships to create and implement new go-to-market initiatives.
  7. Develop measurable business plans to outline partnership objectives and conduct quarterly business reviews with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure pipeline and sales success.
  8. Forge connections with Microsoft SMC and Enterprise Sales teams to amplify security co-sell messages.
  9. Collaborate closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and field and inside sales teams to create joint selling and demand generation activities.
  10. Work in tandem with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources (collateral, presentations, events, emails, webinars) to support collaborative initiatives with Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware.
  11. Prepare and deliver regular updates on partnership status and sales performance for executive leaders and program stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  2. Demonstrated success in sales, partnership development, and relationship management.
  3. Genuine interest or background in cybersecurity.
  4. Proficiency with M365 is advantageous.
  5. Passion and determination to achieve results.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
  7. Collaborative mindset to work with teams across the organization.
  8. Ability to articulate ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.
  9. Demonstrated ownership of tasks with appropriate escalation when necessary.
Additional Qualifications:
  1. Familiarity with the business and sales processes of Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware.
  2. Understanding of Microsoft sales processes and security business is beneficial.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Cybersecurity Sales.
  4. Experience in supporting the growth and enablement of sales teams from Readymind, Totalcybersec, or Brasoftware.
  5. Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, 3rd Party Risk (Supply Chain Defense), and Threat Intelligence solutions is a plus.
  6. Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and the M365 suite of security solutions is advantageous.
  7. Strong background in security technologies and managed security solutions.
  8. Ability to work closely with BlueVoyant product, marketing, and sales teams.
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  10. BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field experience.
  11. Strong presentation and communication skills to support partnership and internal business needs.
