BlueVoyant is in search of a seasoned relationship-oriented Channel Sales Lead to enhance our dynamic business partnerships, particularly focusing on SHI and Microsoft. This role is pivotal in expanding our channel presence across our Managed Security Service Offerings, Digital Risk Protection, and Supply Chain Defense.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships within SHI, engaging key stakeholders and field sales teams to drive mutual revenue growth and attract new clientele. Collaborate with SHI Microsoft teams to strengthen our security co-sell initiatives and market approach.
- Execute collaborative lead generation strategies with channel partners throughout the United States.
- Provide comprehensive support to all US channel partners, facilitating partnership programs and assisting local sales teams.
- Enhance our security co-sell messaging to SHI sellers, developing joint go-to-market campaigns and connecting with our direct sales teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and empower SHI sales and technical teams to stimulate revenue growth across targeted BlueVoyant solution offerings.
- Utilize existing relationships, both individual and organizational, to devise and implement new market opportunities.
- Create measurable business plans to outline partnership objectives and conduct quarterly business reviews with Microsoft stakeholders to ensure pipeline and sales success.
- Foster relationships with Microsoft SMC and Enterprise Sales teams to elevate our security co-sell messaging.
- Collaborate closely with BlueVoyant sales leadership and both field and inside sales teams to develop joint selling and demand generation activities.
- Work in tandem with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources such as collateral, presentations, events, emails, and webinars to support collaborative initiatives with SHI.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates on partnership status and sales performance to executive leaders and program stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in sales, partnership development, and relationship management.
- Strong interest or background in cybersecurity is preferred.
- Familiarity with M365 is advantageous.
- Passionate and results-driven.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
- Collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams across the organization.
- Ability to articulate ideas in both business-friendly and user-friendly terms.
- Exhibit ownership of tasks while escalating issues as necessary.
- Understanding of SHI's business operations and sales processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft sales processes and security business is beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Cybersecurity Sales.
- Experience in enabling and growing SHI sales teams to effectively communicate and position the value of our solutions to enhance pipeline and sales.
- Familiarity with MDR platforms, SIEM, third-party risk (Supply Chain Defense), and Threat Intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Resellers, Azure, and the M365 suite of security solutions is advantageous.
- Strong background in security technologies and managed security solutions.
- Ability to collaborate closely with BlueVoyant's product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to support partnership and internal business requirements.
