POSITION SUMMARY: The Channel Partnership Executive is responsible for cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with designated agents and referral partners. This role focuses on empowering and training these partners to drive sales activities through the channel, encompassing both direct and indirect sales engagements with end-user clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to partners.
  • Establish new partnerships and oversee the onboarding process for agents.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership to facilitate negotiations with new agents.
  • Ensure consistent channel activity to meet established revenue targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with both prospective and existing agents.
  • Provide training on company products, services, and operational processes to agents, offering guidance as necessary.
  • Prepare sales proposals and related documentation promptly.
  • Support the sales initiatives of agents and referral partners.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Accurately report on new opportunities, closed sales, and agent performance metrics in the company database.
  • Engage in sales hand-off meetings with Project Engineers to ensure seamless transitions to Operations.
  • Assist with first-day-of-service activities at client sites when requested.
  • Gather and provide market intelligence and competitive pricing insights to management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, adapting to changing needs.
  • Uphold the company's mission and values in all professional interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrates integrity in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to generate channel sales activity to meet revenue goals.
  • Experience in building new agent relationships consistently.
  • Proactive in assessing and addressing partner needs and expectations.
  • Professional conduct in all business interactions.
  • Knowledge of industry terminology and practices.
  • Sales experience in telecommunications or IT services is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in channel or technology sales roles.
